The Divide

It’s fine to go on a dangerous journey, so long as they’re together. But their love for each other is a little different: while she would die for him, he would wait for her.

The glass beneath their feet reflects their fears, and it’s hard not to look down when they know that what’s at the bottom is nothing compared to the idea of a permanent separation. So they pick up themselves when they fall and keep walking forwards, and hopefully, the paths they take will eventually merge once more.
