The Philanthropist

She’s never been so afraid to speak, but when she’s called “child” for the first time, she thinks she would cry until she’s unloved again.

Instead, she spills out more than just her secrets, and her mother is finally exhausted from being patient, and has nothing else for her. So she leaves behind the house that never became her home, and finds a place where no one would really listen to her, just so she could hide her words from people who would think that they’re worth more than gold.

She’s the one with value, but it seems that this life would deny her of people who can see past her kindness and tell her she is loved.
