My last day in Vancouver, and the sun refuses to shine. How cliché.
I went with family to try the restaurant C (that’s the restaurant’s actual name), located on Howe and Pacific and has a lovely view that overlooks the harbour. The pan seared scallops were the meal’s highlight, truly cooked just right and came with a mixture of peas and octopus bacon. Both original and inventive! I had the halibut as my main course, with a deep-fried risotto cake and tempura oyster. It was very good as well, although the halibut didn’t absorb the citrus flavoured sauce so it tasted quite plain in the middle. Otherwise, everything was very delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommended for any seafood lovers out there!
