I usually avoid tours because they just seem so cheesy and tourist-y (which is usually a negative adjective), like having a camera around your neck. It just screams “I’M A TOURIST!” But this tour wasn’t so bad – actually, it was quite interesting to learn about the history of Vancouver’s oldest areas, where it all began. We also stopped twice for a tasting session – Canadian ale and Jasmine tea. I also learned a lot, so it improved my mind as well. Maybe tours aren’t so bad after all! If you’re interested, check out Vancouver’s Urban Tours here. The only downside is that it’s a little pricey, but otherwise, go for it!
