There’s such a thing as “too much chocolate”. Just ask people after Easter or Halloween.
Manual or digital? Usually I prefer manual. Even though it’s less efficient, at least I won’t feel the frustration of technology failing me again. For example, I prefer snail-mail to e-mail, and I’d rather make books by hand than feed it to the computer or a book-binding machine which does it all for me. And if manual goes wrong, you don’t have to find a specialist or technician to fix the problem for you. Not that I have anything against computers; I’m no luddite, but at times, the ‘homemade’ touch makes a project all the more worth doing, and all the more precious.
I can’t drive stick shift, though. That’s the only ‘manual’ I don’t mind staying away from.
