Rainy + gloomy = depression? Take some vitamin D! Or how about a paradigm shift? The rain always gives me a sense of lull and security (as long as I’m indoors), like I can almost spend the entire day home hearing the shaaaaaaaaaaa of rain showering the windows. It even helps me sleep better when I imagine myself as a caterpillar snug in a cocoon. And there’s nothing like the sun when it breaks out from behind the clouds.
