Hooray for fish bones!

Hooray for fish bones! They make a fantastic soup base, and ooze so many vitamins, minerals and calcium to make one last a lot longer, physically. Take my grandmothers, for example. Both grew up eating fish almost every day, including the bones! Now they’re both over 80 and still able to walk several miles a day. One can even hike up a mountain when others half her age are already out of breath. The other fell down the stairs and only bruised herself a little. Who needs calcium supplements, or any other supplements for that matter? I guess you really are what you eat. So start crunching away! Let those fish bones be your knee, hip, whatever replacement instead! (As a bonus, they’re also a lot cheaper and tastier.)
